You can monitor the status of emails you send using the email timeline. The status icons indicate the following stages:

• In Progress - The email has not been sent because it is associated with scheduled jobs (such as delinquency, rent change, invoice, and bulk edit emails), and the Do Not Disturb (DND) status is currently applied. 
• Sent: The email has been successfully sent.  
• Delivered: The email has reached the recipient's inbox.
