Need a document to go out via Email and Certified Mail? We’ve got you covered. Along with some UI tweaks, you can now generate and send a document via multiple delivery methods in Hummingbird! This feature supports email and multiple mail house integrations, along with the ability to send attached documents, non-signature documents, and signature documents - all without having to leave Hummingbird. Say goodbye to tedious address entry and hello to Hummingbird Address Search! This new feature leverages the power of Google's Address API to simplify tenant onboarding. As managers begin typing an address, Hummingbird suggests accurate matches, auto-filling relevant fields and eliminating manual data entry.
