Simplify Multi-Unit Billing with the New Billing Profile Feature
The new Billing Profile feature allows operators to maintain a centralized billing configuration for tenants at the property level, ensuring uniform settings across multiple spaces added by the same tenant.
When tenants add additional spaces at the same property, their existing billing settings are automatically applied, streamlining account management. You can configure the following settings:
- Bill Date: Specifies when tenants are billed.
- Email Invoice: Controls for sending invoices via email.
- Autopay Payment Method: Details the autopay method used.
- Offset between Autopay Date and Bill Date: Customizes when autopay is processed with the bill date.
- Payment Cycle: Defines the frequency of payments when enabled.
Enhance the Tenant Experience with the New Multi-Space Invoice
This new feature simplifies the invoicing process for tenants with multiple spaces by combining their charges into a single invoice.
- Single PDF and Email: Tenants with multiple spaces with the same billing cycle and bill day will receive a consolidated invoice in a single PDF and email instead of separate invoices for each space.
- Applicable to Monthly and Multi-month Leases: This feature applies to monthly and multi-month lease agreements.
- Marketing Block: Operators can now add a marketing block to the invoice, including custom messages or images to promote services, offers, or other information.
