“We switched to Hummingbird a little more than a year ago and one of the things that we noticed about the transition from our previous one is the user interface. It flows so easily when we can go to a tenant profile and see everything about that tenant see their delinquency see their status and lock them out.”

Although we knew our old website was a little dated and that our Mariposa website would allow complete online leasing, we did not anticipate the demand.  Our new website has allowed us to pick up many online customers we would have lost with our old website, and we’re now enjoying over 90% occupancy.
