This year has been a monumental one for Tenant, and we have you our hard-working team and all our customers to thank.
We’ve seen growth within all aspects of our company, from the size of our team to the capabilities of our software ecosystem, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of our customers and our employees for being part of this successful year.
With 2023 quickly coming to a close, we're taking the time to reflect on some of the high points of the past 12 months. From a growing team to new features, and even better onboarding and support, here's the best of the best from this year:
Our Growing Team
We have more than doubled the size of our team this year and have placed a big focus on our marketing and customer support teams to do more for our customers.
Looking closer at our marketing team, we built out an extensive, fully operational digital marketing department with SEO and PPC professionals to ensure we deliver on our customers' digital marketing service needs.
We also overhauled, grew, and co-located our customer support team with our development team to enable faster response times.
Lastly, we created a customer success department to give our customers the support they need to get the most out of Hummingbird and our other products after we've onboarded them.
Our Growing Product Features
In terms of our product ecosystem, this year we reached the level of being a full best-in-class software product.
We delivered multiple feature releases to our customers this year (you can find the most recent release notes here) that included hundreds of new features, fixes, and improvements to our software.
Some of the largest, and most requested features include:
- Automated Rate Management
- ACH as a payment method
- Property-Specific Accounting
- Manager Activity Report
- Automated ACH Reversals & Chargebacks
- Unified Communications (simplifying how operators communicate with their tenants)
We also added several long-requested integrations, such as Veritec and Simple Certified.

Our Growing Customer Base
This year, we onboarded many new customers ranging in size from one facility to 100 facilities.
We have also signed a major international contract, which you can read more about here.
